What is dibs?
dibs is a checkout bot, also called a retail bot or AIO bot, for hard-to-get products: Pokémon cards, collectibles, sneakers, consoles and tech. Tell it what you want, which stores and the most you'll pay, and its restock monitors watch for stock and auto-checkout for you the moment it lands.
Is dibs a Pokémon Center bot?
Yes. dibs works as a Pokémon Center bot, a Walmart bot and a Target bot: those are our three launch stores. It monitors Pokémon TCG drops and restocks, from Elite Trainer Boxes to booster bundles, and checks out when they land.
Do I need to keep my computer on?
Yes. Checkouts run from the dibs desktop app on your Mac or PC, using your own profiles and proxies. You can control everything from the web dashboard or your phone while it runs.
Is my card safe?
Your card number never reaches our servers. It's stored on your computer and filled in by the desktop app at checkout.
Which stores does it work with?
dibs is built for the US stores where drops sell out. We're launching with three: Pokémon Center, Walmart and Target. More stores are coming after the beta, and the dashboard always shows which ones are live.
Does it work on Windows and macOS?
Yes. The desktop app runs on macOS 12 or later and Windows 10 or later. The dashboard works in any modern browser.
How much does it cost?
We'll share pricing when we open up. People on the waitlist hear first and get in first.
Does dibs guarantee a checkout?
No. Whether an order goes through depends on stock, demand, your setup and the store's limits. dibs handles the monitoring and the automated checkout, but no retail bot can promise an order.
What happens when a store changes its site?
Store logic lives on our servers, so we fix it once and every user has the fix straight away. There's no app update to wait for.
